Blow Out and Panning

I created the blowout effect by bringing up my iso to 200 and having the shutter speed at 1/15 of a second. Another way that i could of done this would of been to make my aperture whole bigger making the background blurry and just showing my partner. Panning is when everything is blurry and the main subject is in focus. The picture should have a blurry background which it does but my partner should not be as blurry. I do not think i did i really good job at this, because my partner is to blurry. My settings where set at iso 400 an aperture of f8 and shutter speed at 1/13 of a second. I could of changed the speed of the shutter to make the picture look better, and the movement is what made panning difficult.
